Barbera d’Alba DOC

A classic wine of the Langhe tradition. Rich in colors reminiscent of purple ruby; has a good broad and composite scent, with fruity notes reminiscent of blackberry, cherry, strawberry and red fruit jam. The full-bodied taste attenuates the characteristic acidity typical of this grape. Easy to drink as this version that refines in cement and is bottled young.

Pairings: classic Piedmontese recipes tasty and, for the most part, meat based dishes. Try it with the classic tagliolini with ragu', chicken livers, agnolotti both in sauce and in broth; but also with Fassona meat and venison.
